வேலூர், மார்ச் 11: தமிழகத்தில் உள்ள தொடக்க, நடுநிலைப்பள்ளிகளுக்கு சுற்றுச்சுவர், வெள்ள தடுப்புச்சுவர் கட்ட விவரங்களை சேகரித்து அனுப்புமாறு பள்ளிக்கல்வித்துறை உத்தரவிட்டுள்ளது. மத்திய அரசின் 100 நாள் வேலை வாய்ப்பு உறுதித்திட்டத்தின் கீழ் ஏரி, குளம், பண்ணைக்குட்டை அமைத்தல் போன்ற பல்வேறு பணிகள் மேற்கொள்ளப்பட்டு வருகிறது. 

மேலும் அந்தந்த ஊராட்சிகளில் கிராம சேவை மையங்களும், ஒன்றிய சேவை மையங்களுக்கான கட்டிடமும் கட்டப்பட்டுள்ளது. அந்த வகையில் தற்போது கிராமங்களில் உள்ள தொடக்க மற்றும் நடுநிலைப்பள்ளிகளில் சுற்றுச்சுவர் மற்றும் வெள்ள தடுப்புச்சுவர் கட்டுவதற்கான நடவடிக்கை மேற்கொள்ளப்பட்டுள்ளது. 

இதுகுறித்து தொடக்கக்கல்வி இயக்குனர் பழனிச்சாமி, அனைத்து முதன்மைக்கல்வி அலுவலர்களுக்கு அனுப்பியுள்ள சுற்றறிக்கையில் கூறியிருப்பதாவது: ஊரக வளர்ச்சி மற்றும் பஞ்சாய்த்துராஜ் இயக்குநரின் கடிதம் மூலம் ஊராட்சி ஒன்றிய தொடக்க மற்றும் நடுநிலைப்பள்ளிகளுக்கு சுற்றுச்சுவர், வெள்ள தடுப்புச்சுவர் தேவை குறித்த விவரங்கள் கோரப்பட்டுள்ளது. 

அதன்படி மகாத்மா காந்தி தேசிய ஊரக வேலை வாய்ப்பு உறுதித்திட்டத்தின் கீழ் பள்ளிகளின் விவரங்கள் மாவட்ட வாரியாகவும், ஒன்றியங்கள் வாரியாகவும் தயாரிக்க வேண்டும். அந்த அறிக்கைகளை மாவட்ட முதன்மைக்கல்வி அலுவலர்கள் கலெக்டர்களிடம் நேரில் சமர்ப்பிக்க வேண்டும். 

மேலும் அனைத்து மாவட்ட கல்வி அலுவலர்கள், வட்டாரக்கல்வி அலுவலர்கள், தங்கள் ஒன்றியம் சார்ந்த அரசு ஊராட்சி ஒன்றிய தொடக்க மற்றும் நடுநிலைப்பள்ளிகளின் பெயர் பட்டியலை அந்தந்த வட்டார வளர்ச்சி அலுவலர்களுக்கு அனுப்பி வைக்க வேண்டும். இவ்வாறு அதில் கூறப்பட்டுள்ளது.

Directed to collect and send roundabout details to elementary and middle schools under 100 day work guarantee

Vellore, March 11 (IANS): The school department has ordered the gathering of elementary and middle schools in Tamil Nadu to collect information on the circuit and flood barrier. Various activities are being carried out under the Central Government's 100 Days Employment Guarantee Scheme. In addition, the Village Service Centers and Union Service Centers are being built in their respective panchayats. Action is being taken to construct a circuit and flood barrier in the village's elementary and middle schools.

Palanisamy, Director of Elementary Education, in a circular sent to all Principals, said: “The letter of the Director of Rural Development and Panchayaturaj has called for the need for a roundabout, flood prevention circuit for Panchayat Union Elementary and Middle Schools. Accordingly, the details of schools under the Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Scheme should be prepared by district and union wise. 

Those reports should be submitted in person to the District Principals. Further, all District Education Officers and Regional Education Officers should send a list of the names of their Union-based Government Panchayat Union Elementary and Secondary Schools to the respective Regional Development Officers. It is stated thus.
