8.5 லட்சம் ஊழியர்களுக்கு ஜாக்பாட்... 15% சம்பள உயர்வு கிடைக்கும்

புது டெல்லி: பொதுத்துறை வங்கிகளில் (பி.எஸ்.பி) பணிபுரியும் 8.47 லட்சம் ஊழியர்களின் சம்பளத்தில் 15% வரை உயர்வு இருக்கும். மத்திய அரசாங்கத்தின் அறிவுறுத்தலின் பேரில், PSB வங்கியின் அமைப்பான இந்தியன் வங்கி சங்கம்

(ஐ.பி.ஏ - IBA) வங்கியாளர்களின் சம்பளத்தை உயர்த்துவதற்கு ஒப்புக் கொண்டுள்ளது. மேலும், வாரத்தில் 5 நாட்கள் மட்டுமே வங்கி செயல்பட வேண்டும் என்ற கோரிக்கையும் ஏற்றுக்கொள்ளப்படலாம். இதுதொடர்பாக பேச்சுவார்த்தைகள் தொடந்து வருகிறது.

அதனால் தான் வங்கி தொழிற்சங்கங்கள் வேலைநிறுத்தத்தை மார்ச் 11 முதல் 13 வரை ஒத்திவைத்தன என்பது குறிப்பிடத்தக்கது. அகில இந்திய வங்கி ஊழியர் சங்கம் (AIBEA) கருத்துப்படி, ஐபிஏ உடனான சந்திப்பில் சில விஷயங்களில் நல்ல முன்னேற்றம் ஏற்பட்டுள்ளது.

இதில், வங்கி சம்பளத்தை 15% அதிகரிக்கவும், 5 நாட்கள் வாரத்தில் வங்கி வேலை செய்யவும் ஒப்புக் கொள்ளப்பட்டுள்ளது. இந்த பிரச்சினைகளில் தீர்க்க ஐபிஏ தயாராக உள்ளது. வங்கியாளர்களின் சம்பளத்தை அதிகரிக்க வேண்டும் என்ற விவகாரம் மாநிலங்களவையிலும் எழுந்துள்ளது.

இதுக்குறித்து மாநிலங்களவையில் இணை நிதியமைச்சர் அனுராக் சிங் தாக்கூர் கூறுகையில், சம்பளம் உயர்வு தொடர்பாக பொதுத்துறை வங்கிகள் சங்கத்திற்கு (Public Sector Banks) மத்திய அரசு உத்தரவு பிறப்பித்துள்ளதாக தெரிவித்திருந்தார்.

மேலும் பி.எஸ்.பி.யின் 8.47 லட்சம் ஊழியர்களின் சம்பள உயர்வு 2017 நவம்பர் 1 முதல் நிறுத்தப்பட்டுள்ளதாக தாகூர் தெரிவித்துள்ளார். சங்கம் மற்றும் பி.எஸ்.பி ஊழியர்களிடையே பேச்சுவார்த்தை நடந்து வருகிறது. வங்கியாளர்களுக்கு 1 மாத சம்பளத்தை முன்கூட்டியே வழங்கப்பட்டு உள்ளது என்றும் கூறினார்.

கோரிக்கை என்னவாக இருந்தது: வங்கி ஊழியர்கள் தங்கள் சம்பளத்தை 25 சதவீதம் அதிகரிக்கக் கோருகின்றனர். ஐபிஏ இதை முதலில் 12 சதவீதம் அதிகரிக்க ஒப்புக்கொண்டது. ஆனால் இப்போது 15% ஒப்புக்கொண்டதாகத் தெரிகிறது.

வங்கி ஊழியர்களின் சம்பளத்தை அதிகரிக்கும் விவகாரம் நவம்பர் 2017 முதல் இருந்து வருகிறது. இதற்காக பல முறை வங்கி தொழிற்சங்கத்திற்கும் ஐபிஏவுக்கும் இடையே பலகட்ட பேச்சுவாரத்தை நடைபெற்றது. ஆனால் எந்த முடிவும் எட்டப்படவில்லை.

5 ஆண்டுகளில் சம்பளம் அதிகரிக்கிறது: ஒவ்வொரு 5 வருடங்களுக்கும் ஒருமுறை வங்கி ஊழியர்களின் சம்பளம் அதிகரிக்கும். கடைசியாக சம்பள உயர்வு கூட 2012 க்கு பதிலாக 2015 இல் இருந்தது. இந்த பிரச்சினைக்கு தீர்வு காண ஐபிஏ ஒரு குழுவையும் அமைத்தது. தற்போது ஒரு முடிவை நோக்கி இருதரப்பும் வந்துள்ளனர்.

Tagore said the salary hike of BSP's 8.47 lakh employees has been suspended from November 1, 2017. Negotiations between the union and BSP staff are ongoing. He said the bankers have been paid a 1-month salary upfront.

What was demanded: Bank employees demanding a 25 percent increase in their salaries. The IPA first agreed to increase it by 12 percent. But now 15% seem to agree. The issue of increasing salaries of bank employees has been in place since November 2017. There have been many discussions between the banking union and the IPA for this. But no decision has been reached. Salary increases in 5 years: The salary of bank employees increases every 5 years. The last pay raise was in 2015 instead of 2012. The IPA also formed a committee to address this issue. Both sides are now coming to a conclusion.
