புலம் பெயர்ந்தவர்களுக்காக டெல்லி அரசு நடவடிக்கை 

பிற மாநிலங்களில் இருந்து வந்து பணியாற்றும் தொழிலாளர்களுக்காக டெல்லி அரசு பள்ளிகள் தங்கும் இடங்களாக மாற்றப்பட்டு வருகின்றன. கரோனா வைரஸைக் கட்டுப்படுத்த சமூக இடைவெளி அவசியம் என்பதால் கடந்த ஞாயிற்றுக்கிழமை நாடு முழுவதும் மக்கள் ஊரடங்கு கடைபிடிக்கப்பட்டது. தொடர்ந்து பிரதமர் மோடியின் அறிவிப்புபடி, நாடுமுழுவதும் 21 நாட்கள் ஊரடங்கு உத்தரவு அமல்படுத்தப்பட்டுள்ளது. 

இதனால் மக்கள் தேவையின்றி வெளியே வர தடை விதிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது. அத்தியாவசியப் பொருட்கள் கொண்டு செல்ல மட்டுமே அனுமதி வழங்கப்பட்டுள்ளது. தொழிற்சாலைகள், வர்த்தக நிறுவனங்கள் மூடப்பட்டுள்ளதால் தலைநகர் டெல்லி உட்பட நாட்டின் முக்கிய நகரங்களில் வெளிமாநிலங்களில் இருந்து வந்து பணியாற்றும் தொழிலாளர்கள் பாதிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளனர். ஊரடங்கு உத்தரவால் அவர்கள் சொந்த ஊர்களுக்கு செல்ல முடியாத நிலை உள்ளது. 

 பல மாநிலங்களில் அவர்கள் உள்ளூர் போக்குவரத்தை பயன்படுத்திக் கொள்வதுடன் சிலர் நடந்த செல்கின்றனர். டெல்லியை விட்டு வெளியேற வேண்டாம், தேவையான ஏற்பாடுகளை செய்கிறோம், இங்கேயே தங்கி இருங்கள் என டெல்லியில் இருந்து சொந்த மாநிலங்களுக்கு திரும்பும் தொழிலாளர்களை முதல்வர் அரவிந்த் கேஜ்ரிவால் கேட்டுக் கொண்டுள்ளார்.

இதனைத் தொடர்ந்த பிற மாநிலங்களில் இருந்து டெல்லியில் வந்து பணியாற்றும் தொழிலாளர்களுக்காக 500 பள்ளிகள் தங்கும் இடங்களாக மாற்றப்பட்டு வருகின்றன. பள்ளிகளிலேயே தங்கும் வண்ணம், படுக்கை வசதி, உணவு வசதி போன்ற ஏற்பாடுகள் செய்யப்பட்டு வருகிறது. தினந்தோறும் 4 லட்சம் உணவு பொட்டலங்கள் வழங்க ஏற்பாடுகள் செய்யப்பட்டு வருகிறது

Delhi govt move for migrants

Delhi government schools are being transformed into lodgings for workers from other states. A curfew was observed across the country last Sunday as social space was needed to control the corona virus. As per Prime Minister Modi's announcement, a 21-day curfew has been implemented throughout the country.

Thus, people are banned from coming out unnecessarily. Permits are only allowed to carry essentials. Workers from other parts of the country, including the capital Delhi, have been affected by the closure of factories and businesses. The curfews make it impossible for them to go home.

 In many states, they use local transportation and some walk. Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal has urged workers returning from their home states to Delhi.

Following this, 500 schools have been transformed into lodgings for workers from other states in Delhi. Arrangements are being made to provide shelter, beds and food in schools. Arrangements are being made to provide 4 lakh food parcels daily
