படிக்கப் படிக்கப் பணம்! உண்டியலில் சேருது தினம்! -பள்ளித் தலைமை ஆசிரியர் தாராளம்!

'கையில காசு.. வாயில தோசை!' என்று கேள்விப்பட்டிருக்கிறோம். இதேரீதியில், 'படிக்கப் படிக்கப் பணம்..' என, பள்ளி மாணவர்களிடையே படிக்கும் ஆர்வத்தை தூண்டிவருகிறார், ஊராட்சி ஒன்றிய தொடக்கப்பள்ளி ஒன்றின் தலைமையாசிரியர். 

ஸ்ரீவில்லிபுத்தூர் அருகிலுள்ள படிக்காசுவைத்தான்பட்டியில் உள்ளது அந்த ஊராட்சி ஒன்றிய தொடக்கப் பள்ளி. அங்கு படிக்கும் மாணவ மாணவியரிடையே கல்வியில் போட்டியை உருவாக்கி, கல்வித் தரத்தை மேம்படுத்த, சேமிப்பு பழக்கத்தை வளர்க்கும் வகையில், 

ஒரு புதிய நடைமுறையைக் கொண்டுவந்துள்ளார், அந்தப் பள்ளியின் தலைமை ஆசிரியர் ஜெயக்குமார் ஞானராஜ். நன்கு படிக்கும் மாணவர்கள் ஒவ்வொருவரையும் அன்றாடம் பாராட்டி 'ஸ்டார்' ஒன்று தருகிறார். அப்படி தரக்கூடிய ஸ்டாருடன் ஒரு ரூபாயையும் சேர்த்துக் கொடுக்கிறார். 

மாணவர்கள், அந்தப் பணத்தை உண்டியலில் போட்டு சேமித்து வருகின்றனர். இத்திட்டத்தைத் தொடங்கி வைத்துப் பேசிய வட்டாரக் கல்வி அலுவலர் விஜயலட்சுமி 'இத்திட்டத்தின்படி இப்பள்ளியில் முதல் வகுப்பு முதல் 5-ஆம் வகுப்பு வரை படிக்கும் அனைத்து மாணவ மாணவியருக்கும் உண்டியல் வழங்கப்படுகிறது.

தமிழ் மற்றும் ஆங்கிலத்தில் சொல்வதெழுதுதல், விடுமுறை எடுக்காமல் பள்ளிக்கு வருதல், விளையாட்டில் முதன்மை, ஓவியம், பொது அறிவு வினாடி-வினா, படைப்பாற்றல், நல்லொழுக்கம், ஆங்கிலம் பேசும் திறன் (Spoken English), சிறப்புத் திறமைகள், நன்னெறி புகட்டும் செய்யுள் பகுதிகளைப் பொருளுடன் ஒப்புவித்தல் 

உள்ளிட்ட பல்வேறு வகைகளில் மாணவர்களுக்கு ஸ்டார் வழங்கப்பட்டு, ஒவ்வொரு ஸ்டாருக்கும் ஒவ்வொரு ரூபாய் உடனுக்குடன் வழங்கப்பட்டு உண்டியலில் சேமித்து வைக்கப்படுகிறது.' என்றார் பெருமிதத்துடன்.தலைமை ஆசிரியர் ஜெயக்குமார் நம்மிடம் 'இந்தத் திட்டம் மாணவர்களிடம் பலத்த வரவேற்பைப் பெற்றுள்ளது.

மாணவர்கள் அனைத்து திறன்களிலும் முன்னேறுவதற்கு இது உறுதுணையாக உள்ளது. ஒவ்வொரு மாணவரும் ஆண்டிற்கு சில ஆயிரங்களை இந்த உண்டியலில் சேமித்து, பெற்றோர்களின் கஷ்டத்தைத் தீர்க்க, சிறு வயதில் இருந்தே பழக்கப்படுகிறார்கள். 

பள்ளியில் நன்றாகப் படித்து பாராட்டு பெறும் மாணவன், தான் வசிக்கும் பகுதியில் கெட்ட வார்த்தை பேசினாலோ, வீட்டில் பெற்றோரை அவமதிக்கும் வகையில் நடந்துகொண்டாலோ, அந்த விஷயம் சக மாணவர்கள் மூலம் அறியப்பட்டு, சம்பந்தப்பட்ட மாணவனின் உண்டியலில் இருந்து ஒரு ரூபாய் எடுக்கப்படும். 

இதன்மூலம், நல்லொழுக்கத்தையும் மாணவர்கள் பேணும் சூழல் உருவாகிறது.' என்று சிலாகித்தார். மாணவர்கள் மீதான அக்கறையில், தனது சொந்த முயற்சியில், இப்படி ஒரு சேமிப்பு நடைமுறையைக் கொண்டுவந்துள்ள தலைமை ஆசிரியரை எவ்வளவு பாராட்டினாலும் தகும்.
