ஷென்ஷென் (Shenzhen) பகுதியை சேர்ந்த குவான் ஜி (Kuang-chi) நிறுவனம் இந்த ஹெல்மெட்டை உருவாக்கி உள்ளது. பேட்டரி மூலம் இயங்கும் இந்த ஹெல்மெட்டில் இன்பரா - ரெட் (infra red) கேமரா பொருத்தப்பட்டிருக்கும். 

இந்த கேமரா சாலையில் நடந்து செல்லும் பொதுமக்களின் உடம்புச்சூட்டினை எளிதாக கணக்கில் கொள்ளும். யாரேனும் காய்ச்சல் இருந்தால் அதுவும் அவர்கள் 5 மீட்டர் சுற்றளவில் இருந்தால் ஹெல்மெட்டில் ஒலி எழுப்பும்.
