 இதனிடையே, பெரம்பலூர், கடலூர், அரியலூர், தஞ்சாவூர் உள்பட பல்வேறு மாவட்டங்களில் மழை பெய்து வருகிறது. 

 இந்நிலையில், கனமழை காரணமாக பெரம்பலூர் மாவட்டத்தில் உள்ள பள்ளிகளுக்கு இன்று விடுமுறை அறிவிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.
