 12-ம் தேதிக்குள் வழங்கி முடிக்க தமிழக அரசு உத்தரவு 

பச்சரிசி, சர்க்கரை, கரும்பு மற்றும் ரூ.1,000 ரொக்கத்துடன் கூடிய பொங்கல் பரிசுத் தொகுப்பு, ரேஷன் கடைகளில் ஜனவரி 9-ம் தேதி முதல் விநியோகிக்கப்படும் என்று தமிழக அரசு அறிவித்துள்ளது. இந்தப் பணியை, ஜன.12-ம் தேதிக்குள் முடிக்கவும், விடுபட்டவர்களுக்கு 13-ம் தேதிக்குள் வழங்கவும் அரசு உத்தரவிட்டுள்ளது. பொங்கல் திருநாளை மக்கள் மகிழ்ச்சியாகக் கொண்டாடும் வகையில் தமிழக அரசு சார்பில் ஆண்டுதோறும் பொங்கல் சிறப்புத் தொகுப்பு வழங்கப்பட்டு வருகிறது. 

அதன்படி, அனைத்து அரிசி குடும்ப அட்டைதாரர்களுக்கும் தலா 1 கிலோ பச்சரிசி, சர்க்கரை, தலா 20 கிராம் முந்திரி, திராட்சை, 5 கிராம் ஏலக்காய் மற்றும் 2 அடி நீள கரும்பு துண்டு ஆகிய பொங்கல் தொகுப்புடன் கடந்த ஆண்டு ரூ.1,000 ரொக்கம் வழங்கப்பட்டது. அதேபோல இந்த ஆண்டும் பொங்கல் சிறப்புத் தொகுப்புடன் ரூ.1,000 ரொக்கம் வழங்கப்படும் என்று கள்ளக்குறிச்சி புதிய மாவட்ட தொடக்க விழாவில் முதல் வர் பழனிசாமி அறிவித்தார். அத்து டன் சர்க்கரை குடும்ப அட்டை வைத்துள்ளவர்கள், அரிசி அட்டை யாக மாற்றிக் கொள்ளவும் வாய்ப்பு அளிக்கப்பட்டது. 

இதையடுத்து, பொங்கல் பரிசுத் தொகுப்பு திட்டத்தை கடந்த நவ.29-ம் தேதி தலைமைச் செயலகத்தில் முதல்வர் பழனிசாமி தொடங்கிவைத்தார். அதன்பிறகு 27 மாவட்டங் களுக்கு ஊரக உள்ளாட்சித் தேர்தல் அறிவிக்கப்பட்டதால் நடத்தை விதிகள் அமலுக்கு வந்தன. அதனால், பொங்கல் பரிசுத் தொகுப்பு வழங்கும் திட்டம் நிறுத்தி வைக்கப்பட்டிருந்தது. ஊரக உள்ளாட்சிகளுக்கான 2-ம் கட்ட தேர்தல் நேற்று முடிவடைந்ததால், ஜனவரி 9-ம் தேதி முதல் ரேஷன் கடைகளில் பொங்கல் பரிசுத் தொகுப்பு வழங்கப்படும் என்று அரசு அறிவித்துள்ளது. 

 இதுகுறித்து அரசு நேற்று வெளி யிட்ட செய்திக்குறிப்பில் கூறியிருப் பதாவது: பொங்கல் பரிசுத் தொகுப்பு மற் றும் ரூ.1,000 வழங்கும் பணியை ஜனவரி 9-ம் தேதி தொடங்கி, 12-ம் தேதிக்குள் முடிக்க வேண்டும். 

விடு பட்ட அரிசி குடும்ப அட்டைதாரர் களுக்கு ஜன.13-ம் தேதி பொங் கல் பரிசுத் தொகுப்பை வழங்கி இப்பணியை முழுமையாக முடிக்க வேண்டும். பொதுமக்கள் அவரவருக்குரிய ரேஷன் கடைகளில் பொங்கல் பரிசுத் தொகுப்பை பெற்றுக் கொள்ளலாம். ஒரே நேரத்தில் அதிக குடும்ப அட்டைதாரர்கள் வருவதைத் தடுக்க, குடும்ப அட்டையின் எண்ணிக்கை அடிப்படையில் சுழற்சி முறையில் வழங்க மாவட்ட ஆட்சியர்கள் ஏற்பாடு செய்ய வேண்டும். 

தெருவாரியாக குடும்ப அட்டைதாரர்களுக்கு பொங்கல் பரிசுத் தொகுப்பு விநியோகம் செய்வதற்கான அட்டவணையைத் தயார் செய்து, குடும்ப அட்டைதாரர்கள் நன்கு அறியும் வகையில், முன்கூட்டியே ரேஷன் கடைகளில் விளம்பரம் செய்ய வேண்டும். ரொக்கப் பணத்தை இரண்டு 500 ரூபாய் நோட்டுகளாக வெளிப்படையாக வழங்க வேண்டும். எக்காரணம் கொண்டும் பணத்தை உறையில் வைத்து தரக்கூடாது. குடும்ப அட்டையில் இடம்பெற்றுள்ள உறுப்பினர்களில் யார் வந்தாலும் பொங்கல் பரிசுத் தொகுப்பை வழங்க வேண்டும். மின்னணு குடும்ப அட்டை (ஸ்மார்ட் கார்டு) மூலமாகத்தான் இதை வழங்க வேண்டும். 

மின்னணு அட்டை இல்லாதவர்களுக்கு குடும்ப அட்டையில் உள்ள யாரா வது ஒருவரின் ஆதார் அட்டை யைக் கொண்டோ அல்லது பதிவு செய்யப்பட்ட செல்போன் எண்ணுக்கு வரும் ஒருமுறை கடவுச் சொல் (OTP) அடிப்படையிலோ வழங்கலாம். பொங்கல் தொகுப்பு வழங்கப் பட்டதும் சம்பந்தப்பட்டவரின் செல்போனுக்கு குறுஞ்செய்தி அனுப்பப்படும். 

பொங்கல் பரிசுத் தொகுப்பு வழங்கப்படும் நாளில் ரேஷன் கடைகளுக்கு காவல் துறை பாதுகாப்பு அளிக்க மாவட்ட ஆட்சியர்கள், மாவட்ட காவல் கண்காணிப்பாளர்கள் உரிய நடவடிக்கை எடுக்க வேண்டும். இவ்வாறு அரசு செய்திக் குறிப்பில் தெரிவிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.

The general public can get Pongal gift packs at their respective ration shops. District administrators should arrange to provide the number of family card rotations based on the number of family card holders to prevent the arrival of more family card holders at once. Prepare a Pongal Gift Package to be distributed to street cardholders and advertise in advance in ration shops so that family cardholders know better. Cash must be issued in two 500 rupee notes. Why not put money in the envelope. Pongal gift packs should be given to any member of the family card. 

This must be provided through an electronic family card. Those who do not have an electronic card can provide the Aadhaar card of the person on the family card or on the basis of a one-time password (OTP) for the registered cell phone number. Once the Pongal Package is delivered, SMS will be sent to the cell phone of the concerned person. District Collectors and District Superintendents should take appropriate action to provide police protection to ration shops on the day of Pongal Gift Package.
