பள்ளி மாணவர்களைப்போல ஆசிரியர்களுக்கும் சுயமதிப்பீடு தேர்வு 

கற்பித்தலில் பின்தங்கியவர்களுக்கு சிறப்பு பயிற்சி அளிக்க முடிவு  

அரசுப்பள்ளி ஆசிரியர்களின் கற்பித்தல் திறன் தொடர்பாக சுயமதிப்பீடு செய்து சிறப்பு பயிற்சி அளிக்க கல்வித் துறை முடிவு செய்துள்ளது. தமிழக பள்ளிக்கல்வி துறையின் கீழ் 37,358 அரசுப்பள்ளிகள் இயங்கு கின்றன. இவற்றில் சுமார் 2.25 லட் சம் ஆசிரியர்கள் பணிபுரிகின்றனர். 

இந்நிலையில் அரசுப் பள்ளிகளின் தரத்தை மேம்படுத்த பல்வேறு சீர்த்திருத்த நடவடிக்கைகளை தமிழக அரசு மேற்கொண்டு வரு கிறது. அந்தவகையில் ஆசிரியர் களின் கற்பித்தல் திறன்களை மதிப்பீடு செய்து அதற்கேற்ப அவர்களை வகைப்பிரித்து சிறப்பு பயிற்சி அளிக்க கல்வித் துறை திட்டமிட்டுள்ளது. இதுகுறித்து பள்ளிகல்வித் துறை அதிகாரிகள் கூறியதாவது: அரசுப் பள்ளி மாணவர்களை திறம்பட உருவாக்கும் நோக்கத்தில் பாடத்திட்டம் சிறந்த முறையில் வடிவமைக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது. அதை கற்பிக்க ஆசிரியர்களுக்கும் சிறப்பு பயிற்சிகள் வழங்கப்படுகின்றன.

மேலும், கட்டாய தேர்ச்சியின் மூலம் 9-ம் வகுப்புக்கு வந்துவிடும் மாணவர்களில் பலர் அடிப்படை கற்றல் திறன்கூட இல்லாமல் இருக்கின்றனர். இதை தவிர்க்கவே மத்திய அரசின் அறிவுறுத்தலின் படி 5, 8-ம் வகுப்புக்கு பொதுத்தேர்வு அமல்படுத்தப்பட்டுள்ளது. இதையடுத்து 1 முதல் 8-ம் வகுப்பு வரை பயிற்றுவிக்கும் ஆசிரியர்களின் கற்பித்தல் திறனை சுயமதிப்பீடு செய்து வகைப்பிரிக்க முடிவு எடுக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது. அதன் படி கடந்த ஆண்டு கல்வி தகவல் மேலாண்மை இணையதளத்தில் (எமிஸ்) ‘பெர்பாமன்ஸ் இண்டி கேட்டர்’ என்ற பிரிவு கூடுதலாக உருவாக்கப்பட்டது. 

அதில் தற் போது சில மாற்றங்கள் மேற் கொண்டு 8 விதமான சுயமதிப்பீடு தேர்வுகள் சேர்க்கப்பட்டுள்ளன. அதன்படி 1 முதல் 8-ம் வகுப்பு வரை பாடம் நடத்தும் அரசுப்பள்ளி ஆசிரியர்கள் தற்போது மதிப்பீடு தேர்வை எமிஸ் இணையதளம் வழியாக எழுதி வருகின்றனர். இந்த தேர்வில் கற்பிக்கும் வகுப்பு மற்றும் பாடம் தொடர் பான தகவல்களை பதிவு செய்ய வேண்டும். அதன்பின் பாடம் நடத் தும் விதம், வகுப்பறையில் பயன் படுத்தும் கற்றல் உபகரணங்கள், கற்றலில் பின்தங்கிய குழந்தை களை மேம்படுத்த திட்டமிடல், புதிய கற்பித்தல் வழிமுறைகள், குழந்தைகளின் தனித்திறன் கண்டறி தல் உள்ளிட்ட அம்சங்கள் குறித்த கேள்விகள் இருக்கும். இதற்கு ஆசிரியர்கள் அளிக்கும் பதில் களை பொறுத்து மதிப்பீடு அளிக் கப்படும். 

 அதற்கேற்ப ஆசிரியர்களை வகைப்பிரித்து, குறைந்த மதிப்பீடு கள் பெறுபவர்களுக்கு கற்பித்தல் திறன்களை மேம்படுத்த சிறப்பு பயிற்சிகள் வழங்கப்படும். மதிப்பீட் டின்போது தலைமை ஆசிரியர் களின் கருத்துருகளும் கேட்கப் படும். மேலும், பதவி உயர்வு மற்றும் ஊதிய உயர்வின் போதும் ஆசிரியர்களின் இந்த சுயமதிப்பீடு பரிசீலனை செய்யப்படும். தொடர் பயிற்சி வழங்கியும் ஆசிரியர்களின் திறன் மேம்படாதபட்சத்தில் தேவை இருப்பின் அவர்கள் கீழ்நிலை வகுப்புகளுக்கும் மாற்றப்படுவார் கள். இவ்வாறு அவர்கள் கூறினர்.

Moreover, there is an environment where high school and secondary school teachers need to concentrate on their work, which is the government's priority for students in grades 9 to 12. At the same time, students from grades 1 to 8 have been forced to take complaints that substantial teachers are not able to do their jobs properly. 

Moreover, many of the students who come to 9th grade through compulsory math are without basic learning skills. In order to avoid this, the general election of the class 5 and 8 has been implemented according to the instructions of the central government. Subsequently, decision has been taken to self-assess the teaching ability of teachers in grades 1 to 8. 

Accordingly, last year the Education Information Management Website (EMIS) additionally developed a segment called Performance Indie Gator. There are 8 changes to the self-assessment options with some changes over time. Accordingly, the government school teachers who are conducting the lessons from grades 1 to 8 are currently writing the assessment examination through the Emis website. 

This exam will include information on teaching class and lesson plans. Then there will be questions on how to conduct the lesson, learning materials that will benefit the classroom, planning to improve children with disabilities in learning, new teaching methods, and identifying children's specialties. This will be evaluated based on the response of the authors. 

The teachers will be categorized accordingly, and special training will be provided to improve the teaching skills of the recipients. Comments of the Editors will also be heard during the assessment. In addition, this self-evaluation of teachers will be reviewed during the promotion and pay raises. If the teachers do not improve their skills by providing continuous training, they will be transferred to lower classes. Thus they said.
