நாசாவை திரும்பி பார்க்க வைத்த தமிழகப் பள்ளி மாணவி

தமிழ்நாட்டைச் சேர்ந்த பதினோராம் வகுப்பு மாணவி ஆன்லைன் போட்டியில் வெற்றி பெற்று நாசா செல்லும் வாய்ப்பினை பெற்றுள்ளார்... புதுக்கோட்டை மாவட்டத்தில் உள்ள அரசு பள்ளியில் பதினொன்றாம் வகுப்பு படிக்கும் மாணவி ஜெயலட்சுமி. இவரின் தந்தையும் தாயும் பிரிந்து வாழ்கின்றனர். மனநிலை சரியில்லாத தாயுடன் வாழ்ந்து வரும் ஜெயலட்சுமி 8ம் வகுப்பு, 9ம் வகுப்பு படிக்கும் மாணவர்களுக்கு டியூஷன் நடத்தும் அவ்வப்போது தாய் செய்துவந்த முந்திரி வியாபாரத்தை கவனித்துக் கொண்டும் தனது படிப்பு செலவை பார்த்துக்கொண்டு வருகிறார். 

 இதனைத் தொடர்ந்து ஜெயலட்சுமி கடந்த சில நாட்களுக்கு முன்பு பேப்பரில் வந்த ஒரு செய்தியை படித்துள்ளார். அதில் go4guru என்ற இணையதளத்தில் நடத்திய போட்டியில் திருச்சியை சேர்ந்த மாணவி தன்யா ஜஸ்மின் கலந்துகொண்டு நாசாவுக்கு செல்லும் வாய்ப்பு பெற்றது குறித்த செய்தி வெளியானது. இதனையடுத்து தானும் நாசாவிற்கு செல்ல வேண்டும் என்ற விருப்பம் ஜெயலட்சுமிக்கு ஏற்பட்டுள்ளது. உடனடியாக அந்த போட்டிக்காக விண்ணப்பித்து இந்தத் தேர்வினை எழுதி உள்ளார்.

இதனைத் தொடர்ந்து இந்த போட்டி குறித்து முடிவுகள் வெளியாகி அதில் வெற்றியும் பெற்றார். இந்த வெற்றி மூலம் நாசாவிற்கு செல்ல தேர்வாகியுள்ளார்.. இந்நிலையில் நாசாவிற்கு செல்ல தயாராகி வரும் ஜெயலட்சுமி மாவட்ட கலெக்டரிடம் சொல்லி உதவி கேட்ட மனு கொடுத்துள்ளார். முன்னாள் குடியரசுத்தலைவர் டாக்டர் அப்துல் கலாமை போல ராக்கெட் தயாரிக்க வேண்டும் என்பது என் ஆசை என குறிப்பிட்டுள்ளார்.
