ஒடிசாவின் பெர்ஹாம்பூர் பகுதியைச் சேர்ந்த ஒன்பதாம் வகுப்பு படிக்கும் மாணவன் பி.பிஸ்வந்த் பத்ரா. ரஷ்யாவின் சோச்சி நகரில் நடைபெற்ற கல்வி நிகழ்ச்சி ஒன்றில் பங்கேற்பதற்காக நித்தி ஆயோக் சார்பாக இவர் தேர்வு செய்யப்படதாக என்டிடிவி தெரிவிக்கிறது. 

SIRIUS கல்வி மையம் ஏற்பாடு செய்திருந்த இந்த நிகழ்ச்சி நவம்பர் 28ம் தேதி முதல் டிசம்பர் 8ம் தேதி வரை நடைபெற்றது. இதில் இந்தியாவில் இருந்து 25 மாணவர்கள் உட்பட 50 பேர் பங்கேற்றனர். ’ஸ்மார்ட் வாட்டர் டிஸ்பென்சர்’ நீரோட்டத்தைக் கட்டுப்படுத்தக்கூடிய இயந்திரநுட்பம் ஆகும்.
