ஓய்வூதியர் மருத்துவக் காப்பீடு 2022-ம் ஆண்டு வரை நீட்டிப்பு

ஓய்வூதியதாரர்கள், குடும்ப ஓய்வூதியதாரர்களுக்கான மருத்துவக் காப்பீட்டுத் திட்டம் 2022 வரை நீட்டிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளதாக சட்டப்பேரவையில் துணை முதல்வர் ஓ.பன்னீர்செல்வம் தெரிவித்தார். சட்டப்பேரவையில் நேற்று கேள்வி நேரத்தின்போது திமுக உறுப்பினர் க.அன்பழகன் (கும்ப கோணம்) எழுப்பிய கேள்விக்குப் பதில் அளித்து ஓபிஎஸ் பேசிய தாவது:

ஓய்வூதியதாரர்கள், குடும்ப ஓய்வூதியதாரர்களுக்கான புதிய மருத்துவக் காப்பீட்டுத் திட்டம் கடந்த 2014-ல் ஜெயலலிதாவால் தொடங்கப்பட்டது. 1.7.2014-ல் அறிமுகப்படுத்தப்பட்டு 30.6.2018 வரை இந்தத் திட்டம் செயல் படுத்தப்பட்டது. இதன் மூலம் அரசுப் பணியில் இருந்து ஓய்வு பெற்ற ஓய்வூதியர்களுக்கு ரூ.2 லட்சம் அளவில் சிகிச்சைகள் வழங்கப்பட்டன. இத்திட்டம் 1.7.2018 முதல் 30.6.2022 வரை 4 ஆண்டுகளைக் கொண்ட ஒரு தொகுப்பு கால அளவுக்கு சிறப்பு அம்சங்களுடன் மீண்டும் நீட்டிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.

இதில் அங்கீகரிக்கப்பட்ட மருத்துவ சிகிச்சைகள், அறுவை சிகிச்சைகளுக்கு ரூ.4 லட்சம் வரை உதவி பெற வழிவகை செய்யப்பட்டுள்ளது. பொதுத் துறை நிறுவனமான யுனைடெட் இந்தியா காப்பீட்டு நிறுவனம் மற் றும் எம்.டி. இந்தியா என்ற தனியார் நிறுவனம் மூலம் இத்திட்டம் செயல்படுத்தப்படுகிறது. தற்போது இத்திட்டத்தில் 7 லட் சத்து 30 ஆயிரம் அரசு ஓய்வூதி யதாரர்கள், குடும்ப ஓய்வூதிய தாரர்கள் இணைந்துள்ளனர்.

இதற் காக குடும்ப ஓய்வூதியத்தில் இருந்து மாதந்தோறும் ரூ.350 பிடித்தம் செய்யப்பட்டு வருகிறது. இத்திட்டத்தின்கீழ் 988 மருத்துவ மனைகளில் சிகிச்சை பெறலாம். 2019-20-ம் ஆண்டுக்கான காப் பீட்டு கட்டணமாக யுனைடெட் இந்தியா காப்பீட்டு நிறுவனத் துக்கு ரூ.297 கோடியே 68 லட்சம் செலுத்தப்பட்டுள்ளது. 1.7.2014 முதல் 31.12.2019 வரை 2 லட்சத்து 96 ஆயிரத்து 266 பயனாளிகள் ரூ.909 கோடியே 37 லட்சம் அள வுக்கு சிகிச்சை பெற்றுள்ளனர்.

உச்சவரம்பு அதிகரிப்பு புற்றுநோய் அறுவை சிகிச்சை, கீமோதெரபி, கதிரியக்க சிகிச்சை, புற்றுநோய் கட்டிகளுக்கான நோய் தடுப்பாற்றல் சிகிச்சை முறைகள், கல்லீரல், சிறுநீரகம், இதயம், நுரையீரல், எலும்பு மஜ்ஜை மாற்று அறுவை சிகிச்சைகள், சிக்கலான இதய அறுவை சிகிச்சை, விபத்து, தீவிர சிகிச்சை தேவைப்படும் எலும்பு முறிவு, இதய வால்வு மாற்றும் அறுவை சிகிச்சை, அன்யூரிசிம்ஸ், ஆஞ்சியோபிளாஸ்டி, தீக்காயங் களுக்கான சிகிச்சை ஆகிய வற்றுக்கான உச்சவரம்பு ரூ.7 லட் சத்து 50 ஆயிரமாக உயர்த்தப் பட்டுள்ளது. கண்புரை அறுவை சிகிச்சைக் கான ரூ.20 ஆயிரமாகவும், கர்ப் பப்பை நீக்க அறுவை சிகிச்சைக் கான உச்ச வரம்பு ரூ.45 ஆயிர மாகவும் உயர்த்தப்பட்டுள்ளது. இவ்வாறு ஓபிஎஸ் கூறினார்.

Jayalalithaa launched a new medical insurance scheme for pensioners and family pensioners in 2014. This scheme was implemented till 1.6.2014 and was implemented till 30.6.2018. With this, pensioners who have retired from government service were treated at a cost of Rs 2 lakhs. The scheme has been extended from 1.7.2018 to 30.6.2022 with a set period of 4 years with special features.

The approved medical treatments and surgeries have been provided for up to Rs 4 lakh. United India Insurance Company and MD The scheme is being implemented by a private company called India. At present, 7,000 nutrients and 30 thousand government pensioners and family pensioners have joined the scheme.

For this purpose, a monthly pension of Rs. Under this program 988 clinics can be treated. United India Insurance Company has paid a sum of Rs 297 crore 68 lakh as the cap bet fee for 2019-20.
