மனிதர்கள் வாழ்வதற்கு ஏற்ற புதிய கிரகம் கண்டுபிடிப்பு!- பூமியைவிட இருமடங்கு பெரிய'சூப்பர் பூமி'!

பூமியைவிட இரு மடங்கு பெரிய கிரகம் ஒன்று மனிதர்கள் வாழ்வதற்கு ஏற்றதாக உள்ளது என வானியல் ஆய்வாளர்கள் தெரிவித்துள்ளனர். கேம்ப்ரிட்ஜ் பல்கலைக்கழகத்தைச் சார்ந்த வானியல் ஆய்வாளர்கள் பூமியைவிட 2.6 மடங்கு பெரிய கிரகம் ஒன்று இருப்பதைக் கண்டறிந்துள்ளனர். 

பூமியிலிருந்து 124 ஒளி ஆண்டுகள் தொலைவில் உள்ள இப்புதிய கிரகத்துக்கு 'சூப்பர் பூமி' எனப் பெயரிட்டுள்ளனர். இந்த 'சூப்பர் பூமி' முதன்முதலாகக் கடந்த 2015-ம் ஆண்டு நாசா விஞ்ஞானிகளால் கண்டறியப்பட்டது. 

ஆனால், அந்த சமயம் அது ஒரு கிரகம்தான் என்றும் மனிதர்கள் வாழ்வதற்கு ஏற்ற கோள் ஆக இருக்கும் என்றும் விஞ்ஞானிகளால் கண்டறிய முடியவில்லை. தற்போது அந்த கிரகத்தில் தண்ணீர் இருப்பதற்கான கூறுகள் கண்டறியப்பட்டுள்ளன. 

இதன் மூலம் மனிதர்கள் வாழ்வதற்கு ஏற்றதாக சூப்பர் பூமி இருக்கும் எனக் கூறப்படுகிறது.இந்த கிரகம் பூமியைவிடப் பெரியதாகவும் நெப்ட்யூன் கிரகத்தைவிட சிறியதாகவும் இருக்கிறதாம். 

சூப்பர் பூமியின் சுற்றுச்சூழல் ஹைட்ரஜன் வாயுவால் நிறைந்துள்ளதாம். பாறைகளும் இரும்புத் தாதுகளும் நிறைந்ததாக இப்புதிய கிரகம் இருக்கிறது எனக் கண்டறியப்பட்டுள்ளது.

Discovery of new planet suitable for humans to live - Super Earth twice as big as Earth!

Astronomers say that a planet twice as large as Earth is suitable for humans. Astronomers from the University of Cambridge have discovered that the planet is 2.6 times larger than Earth. The new planet, named "Super Earth", is 124 light-years from Earth. This "super-earth" was first discovered by NASA scientists in 2015.

But at the time, scientists were unable to determine that it was a planet and would be the ideal planet for humans to live. Elements for the existence of water on the planet have been discovered. The planet is said to be larger than Earth and smaller than Neptune. Super Earth's environment is full of hydrogen gas. The new planet is found to be rich in rocks and iron ores.
