இந்தப் புதிய உத்தரவின்படி, மத்திய அரசு ஊழியர்கள் வரும் மே 31ஆம் தேதிக்குள் இப்புதிய வாய்ப்பைப் பயன்படுத்திக் கொள்ளலாம். அதாவது என்.பி.எஸ். முறைக்குப் பதிலாக மத்திய சிவில் சர்வீசஸ் (ஓய்வூதியம்) விதிகள், 1972க்கு மாறிக் கொள்ளலாம்.
