75 சதவீத பிஎப் தொகையை பெற்றுக் கொள்ள அனுமதி

வருங்கால வைப்பு நிதி விதிகள் தளர்வு

தொழிலாளர் வருங்கால வைப்பு நிதி (இபிஎப்) கணக்கிலிருந்து 75 சதவீத தொகையை பெற்றுக் கொள்ளலாம் என மத்திய அரசு அறிவித்துள்ளது. கரோனா வைரஸ் பரவுவதை தடுக்க நாடு முழுவதிலும் ஏப்ரல் 14 வரை மத்திய அரசு ஊரடங்கு உத்தரவு பிறப்பித்துள்ளது.

இதனால் வருமானம் இன்றி தொழிலாளர்கள் தவிப்பதை தடுக்க, தொழிலாளர் வருங்கால வைப்பு நிதி (இபிஎப்) விதிகளை தளர்த்தியுள்ளது. இதுகுறித்து மத்திய தொழி லாளர் நல அமைச்சகம் நேற்று வெளியிட்ட அறிக்கையில், “ 1952-ம் ஆண்டு தொழிலாளர் வருங்கால வைப்பு நிதி திட்ட விதிகளில் திருத்தம் செய்து அறிவிக்கை வெளியிடப்பட்டுள்ளது.

இதன்படி, 3 மாத அடிப்படை சம்பளம் மற்றும் அகவிலைப்படி அல்லது இபிஎப் கணக்கில் உள்ள பணத்தில் 75 சதவீதம், இதில் எது குறைவோ அதை உறுப்பினர்கள் பெற்றுக்கொள்ளலாம். உடனடி பரிசீலனை இது தொடர்பான விதிமுறை திருத்தம் 2020, மார்ச் 28 முதல் நடைமுறைக்கு வருகிறது.

Accordingly, members can receive up to 3 months base salary and 75% of the EPF account, whichever is less. Immediate Review Amendment to this Act is effective March 28, 2020.

The EPFO has ordered officials to immediately consider applications from members. ”
